01 - 1 large English cucumber

02 - 4 oz cream cheese, softened

03 - 4 oz sliced turkey breast or ham
→ Seasonings & Extras
04 - 1 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped
05 - 1 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
06 - ½ tsp garlic powder
07 - Salt and black pepper, to taste
→ Optional Fillings
08 - 1 small red bell pepper, julienned
09 - 1 small avocado, sliced
10 - 1 tbsp everything bagel seasoning
# Directions:
01 - Wash the cucumber and trim the ends. Using a mandoline slicer or vegetable peeler, slice the cucumber lengthwise into long, thin strips. Pat dry with paper towels.
02 - Combine the softened cream cheese with chopped chives, dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl until smooth and well incorporated.
03 - Lay cucumber strips flat. Spread a thin layer of the seasoned cream cheese over each strip, then top with a slice of turkey or ham and optional red bell pepper or avocado slices.
04 - Carefully roll each cucumber strip into a tight spiral and arrange seam-side down on a platter. Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning if desired. Serve immediately or chill for 15 minutes for a firmer texture.
