# Directions:
01 - Wash all citrus fruits thoroughly under cold running water to remove any residues.
02 - Using a sharp chef's knife, slice each citrus fruit into thin, uniform slices approximately 1/8 inch thick, removing all seeds.
03 - Lightly dip desired slices into granulated sugar to create a sparkling effect on the surface.
04 - Place the citrus slices evenly on a serving plate or tray and refrigerate until ready to use.
05 - Attach one or two citrus slices to the rim of each glass, float atop the beverage, or combine with fresh mint leaves to enhance presentation.
