03 - 2 cups seedless watermelon (cubed or balled)
04 - 1 cup seedless strawberries (halved)
05 - 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves (optional)
# Directions:
01 - Select a large round serving platter and outline a semi-circle or slice shape as a guide.
02 - Position green grapes or pitted green olives along the outer edge of the outlined semi-circle to mimic the watermelon rind.
03 - Place sliced mozzarella or crumbled feta in a neat band just inside the green ring, forming the white rind.
04 - Fill the center area with watermelon cubes or balls and halved strawberries to create the fruit flesh.
05 - Optionally, scatter fresh mint leaves over the fruit for added aroma and color.
