# Expert Suggestions:

01 -
  • It tastes like dessert but your body knows it's basically fruit and yogurt.
  • You make it once and have grab-and-go pieces all week without thinking.
  • No baking, no cooking, just spreading and waiting—even tired mornings work.
02 -
  • If your yogurt is too thick, stir in a splash of milk before spreading; too-thick yogurt becomes concrete-like and hard to bite through.
  • The pieces soften quickly at room temperature, so keep them in the freezer and eat them straight from cold—this is when they're best.
03 -
  • Use frozen berries instead of fresh—they stay exactly where you place them and won't weep juice into the yogurt as it freezes.
  • If you want bigger pieces instead of bark shards, freeze the mixture in silicone molds or a parchment-lined loaf pan and cut into bars.
