# Expert Suggestions:

01 -
  • The spice builds slowly and never overwhelms because the cooling yogurt dip is right there waiting to rescue you.
  • It genuinely tastes like something a restaurant would charge you extra for, but you made it in your own kitchen in under 40 minutes.
  • Works perfectly for feeding a crowd where some people want fire and others prefer staying cool—everyone customizes their own balance.
02 -
  • Don't skip mincing that fresh chili fine—big chunks create hot spots that surprise you halfway through a bite, and not in a fun way.
  • The yogurt dip gets better if you make it 15 minutes ahead; it lets the dill and garlic whisper themselves into the yogurt rather than shout.
03 -
  • Fresh chili pepper is non-negotiable—the difference between a vibrant burger and a flat one lives in that ingredient choice.
  • Don't be shy with the yogurt dip; it's the cooling system that makes the whole concept work, so spread it generously and don't worry about using more on the side.
